“Many of the adverse effects of dust, air pollution and unhealthy urban air are caused by a lack of vegetation, and considering climatic conditions and the extent of desertification in the country, maintaining vegetation is even more important“. The Supreme Leader added that traders are exploiting green areas without consideration for national natural resources and that forests must be protected from this type of activities.
